Our Financial Policy

Here at Kinesio Care Center, we don’t want your bill to be what stands in your way of success. With your help in providing us with the most accurate and up to date insurance information, we make every effort to give you an accurate estimate of benefits for services rendered at our office. Please be aware that this is an estimate of benefits and not a guarantee of benefits.

During our intake process, we ask you to initial on the intake form that you have read and understand Kinesio Care Center’s Financial Policy, and therefore agree to allow Kinesio Care Center to bill and provide necessary health information to any insurance, government health plan or third-party payers when necessary. You agree that you are responsible to pay for any charges not paid by the payer or payers. These charges include but are not limited to: copays, deductibles, co-insurance amounts and charges for non-covered services.

Non-Sufficient Checks: If a payment is returned, from our bank or creditor, unpaid for any reason, Kinesio Care Center reserves the right to charge your account any additional fees associated with each transaction.
